Pedicures!

So ever since Matt & I have been dating I have asked him to get a pedicure with me. Over and over he rejected me until he finally gave in three days ago! I think he gave in because he felt bad that I am sick... but all the same, last night we went to get pedicures.

The First Day of FALL!

Yesterday, September 22 nd, was the first day of fall and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. Matt & I have already been married for 3 months and are getting settled into our apartment and are ready for fall. Last year this time I was in Palmyra and the fall was beautiful! The Sacred Grove was amazing and I have never seen pumpkins larger than those found in upstate NY.

Off to NYC... to see HEIDI!

I'm off to NYC tonight to visit my Heidi! I am so excited because we get to relax and eat and go to a YANKEES game! I return on Monday so stay tuned for some fun pictures!

Texas Roadhouse Location

The Texas Roadhouse is being built in the same shopping center as the Kohls out here in Reno off of Damonte Ranch!

Yes that is right a TEXAS ROADHOUSE is coming to a town near me... RENO!!!

I am so super excited that I can barely contain myself. Some of you know what I'm talking about... those delicious honey buttered rolls, amazing steaks, mesmerizing (non-alcoholic) fruity drinks! Oh I can't wait to take Matt for the first time.

Matt's Birthday Celebration

We decided to have a birthday party for Matt on the day after his birthday so that all of our family could be there, but we still let him open a few gifts on his special day.

Matt got the entire Calvin and Hobbes Comic Collection from me :)

On Saturday we invited my whole family and Paula and Aaron's family to meet us at Pah Rah park for a family game of softball, Pizza Plus, a pinata, and of course CAKE!

The Reno Rodeo

The week after our wedding was the last weekend of the RENO RODEO... which of course we can't miss!

My mom and I love going to the Rodeo and try to go at least twice during the rodeo week. It's so much fun because even those that claim to hate everything country try to be cowboys/girls just for the week. This year we were only able to go once because it was sold out the first time we tried to go... but the night we went was FINALS night... it can't get better than that!

The smells are amazing.... the food is incredible... and the rodeo-ing is out of this world!
