In my free time

Megan's Baby Shower (In October)

One of my best friends, Megan, had a baby back in October and we decided to throw her a baby shower while she was in Reno before Christmas. Here are some pics from the event.

It was so much fun to gather with family and friends and to have a BabyBottle Drinking Contest, play a "Famous Mothers" game, eat amazing food and open gifts!

My First Attempt at Photoshop Elements!!

So tonight I decided to play around on Photoshop Elements that my WONDERFUL husband got me for Christmas. I have been doing a little online research about how to do different projects so I decided to follow a tutorial and create a BEAUTIFUL layout, and I thought I'd share it with YOU!

The Rest of St. George Trip

On the Sunday after Thanksgiving we celebrated Grandpa's birthday! It was fun to see a lot of the cousins and to eat delicious desserts.

On Tuesday before we went home we were able to go through a session at the St. George Temple. It was really neat to go to a big temple. Matt and I were by far the youngest in the session and I was surprised that only 13 people needed to use the elevator :) Also, during the session the lady in front of me started to fall over, so I had to help steady her... that doesn't happen very often!




It was a lot of fun being about to spend time in St. George and see family. Matt & I love it there and can't wait to go back. Thanks Mom and Dad for letting us stay with you and taking care of us :)

Back Blog: Thanksgiving in St. George

Over Thanksgiving weekend we flew to St. George for a 2nd Thanksgiving dinner and to spend time with Matt's parents, Alan & Annette's family and Kirt & Amberly's family. We had a blast eating, watching Wall-e like 3 times, hiking Red Cliffs, and spending time in Enterprise.
