The post you've been waiting for: The Wedding

Matt & I have been slacking on our Blogging duties and we are very sorry. We have decided to back up a month and post about our WEDDING!
The ceremony was beautiful and all that I hoped it would be. It was so amazing to kneel across from the one I love and to be sealed together forever...it's such a blessing that we both had been waiting for. After the sealing I made Matt practice our GRAND POSE for when we walked out of the Temple. So there we were in the entrance trying out our POSE, some may have thought it was weird but I know most people (women especially) understood. The practice was worth it though because we pulled it off beautifully! To my surprise it was a very windy day when we walked out...something I hadn't really prepared for...but for the most part things turned out pretty well.
One of the funniest things about that day was when Matt & I were driving into the church parking lot for the Luncheon and Matt said, "There is a bounce house on the grass." I thought he was totally joking, as this was one of Matt's recommendations for the wedding (that was denied of course). But to my astonishment there was a bounce house that looked like a castle. I rolled down the window and yelled to my mom, "You're in big trouble." Everyone laughed of course, and come to find out it was my dad's idea! The bounce house was definitely a hit though...I even jumped in it.

A downer to the day was definitely the wind though...we almost had to move the reception inside because it was so bad. Some tears were shed but a decision was made to tough it out. Everything turned out well though...even though I didn't wear my veil for the rest of the day... the wind calmed down and we had a great time!

Lastly, we want to thank all of you who have supported Matt & I though out our lives. We both would not be where we are today if it we not for you rooting us on along the way. Thank you for your friendship, and thank you for your examples.
